Questions
What does Light include?
Search, scan, preference scores, the full result, compare, better swaps and grocery lists. One purchase of $9.99.
When does Premier renew?
Monthly Premier renews every month at $11.99. Yearly Premier renews every year at $99.99. Cancel from Manage subscription and access runs to the end of the period you already paid.
Can I get a refund?
Stripe is the payment record. A refund is a decision on that charge. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not erase the period you already paid.
Can I switch plans?
A Light purchase stays. Premier is separate. Buying Light does not end an active Premier subscription.
What does a household cover?
One Premier subscription covers one household and a shared list. People you invite do not see another account's private data.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancelling ends Premier at the end of the paid period. Your preferences and lists stay on the device until you clear them.
Is this medical advice?
No. EatsNest shows how a food matches the preferences you set. It is not medical or allergy advice. Always check the package.
